01Who we are

SOREN PAUL HEALY, trading as SHR RECRUITMENT, at 305, RUE VERTE, F-59170 CROIX, is responsible for processing your personal information.

For enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact contact@shr-europe.com.

02Information we collect

We collect contact details, CVs, professional experience, qualifications, career preferences and relevant recruitment correspondence. Information comes from you, publicly available professional profiles and websites, professional referrals or our clients. When we obtain information indirectly, we inform you of its source.

03Why we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, conduct recruitment searches, assess suitability for opportunities and manage client relationships. These activities are based on our legitimate interests in providing specialist recruitment services and connecting employers with suitable professionals.

If you register to hear about future opportunities, we use your information with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Where you personally enter into a contract with SHR, we process information necessary to perform that contract. We also retain information required to meet our legal obligations.

04Who receives your information

Information is accessible to authorised SHR personnel and service providers supporting our recruitment, email, IT and website activities. Relevant candidate information may be shared with prospective employers. Information may also be provided to advisers or authorities where necessary or legally required.

05How long we keep information

We retain general enquiry records for 12 months after the enquiry is closed.

Information used for a particular recruitment is retained during the process and for up to three months afterwards. With your consent, we may keep your candidate profile for future opportunities for up to two years after our last meaningful contact. We may ask you to renew your consent before that period expires. You may withdraw it at any time.

Client contracts and commercial correspondence are retained during the business relationship and for five years after it ends. Invoices and accounting records are retained for ten years from the end of the relevant financial year.

Where necessary, limited recruitment records are kept separately, with restricted access, for up to five years after the recruitment decision to establish or defend legal claims. Records relating to an ongoing dispute may be retained until it is finally resolved and any applicable enforcement period has expired.

At the end of the applicable retention period, information is deleted or anonymised.

06Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Under French law, you may also give instructions concerning your information after your death.
